Beschreibung:: Die in lateinischer Sprache abgefaßten Statuten der vier Fakultäten stellen die jeweiligen Fakultätssatzungen dar. Sie wurden zeitgleich erlassen und vom damaligen Geheimen Rat Gerlach Adolph Freiherr von Münchhausen unterzeichnet, der als erster Kurator fungierte und als der eigentliche Gründer der Georg-August-Universität anzusehen ist. Die Statuten behielten rund 160 Jahre ihre Gültigkeit.
