Anmerkung zur Mühle:
Dank des Wasserreichtums wurde in Eisdorf schon früh eine Wassermühle in Betrieb genommen. Diese Mühle gab es in Eisdorf schon vor 1336, als die Vertreter von St. Jacobi in Osterode den Empfang der Einkünfte einer Mühle in Eisdorf bestätigten.
