Auf einer Seite steht folgende Inschrift in weißer Farbe: "Glück auf so viel alle Morgen aber mehr macht Sorgen C. Bock". Auf der anderen Seite sieht man eine Figur in schwarzer Bergmannstracht mit blonden Haaren und einer grünen Kopfbedeckung. Die Figur trägt außerdem weiße Strümpfe und schwarze Schuhe. In der einen Hand hält sie ein Eisen, in der anderen Hand ein Häckel, jeweils in den Farben Lila und Weiß. Die Figur steht auf grünem Grund zwischen zwei grün-weißen Pflanzen. Die Schmalseiten der Flasche weisen jeweils eine "federartige" Zeichnung in den Farben Braun und Gelb auf, obenauf sieht man ein "kronenartiges" Gebilde in Blau. Die Unterseite der Flasche ist leicht nach innen gewölbt. Im schmalen Flaschenhals steckt ein schon leicht rissiger Korken. (Oberharzer Bergwerksmuseum)
