Es handelt sich um das Ammerländer Bauernhaus, das 1909 aus Bauteilen zweier historischer Häuser von Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts in Bad Zwischenahn erbaut wurde. Die Zeichnung stammt aus dem Nachlass des Architekten und Hochschullehrers Kurt Asche (1925-2000).
