Durchmesser: 6,5 cm</mods:extent></mods:physicalDescription><mods:abstract>Braun`s Kippflasche / Wiederbefüllbarer chirurgischer Fadenspender. Ein 100 Meter lange Faden lag im unteren Teil der Flasche in einer desinfizierenden Flüssigkeit. Jeweils vor Gebrauch wurde die Flasche gekippt (daher der Name "Kippflasche") und damit das Fadenende desinfiziert. Danach wurde der Deckel geöffnet und Nahtmaterial entnommen, danach verschlossen und durch erneutes Kippen wieder desinfiziert.
