Auf der Vorderseite ist in einem wappenförmigen Rahmen der Schinderhannes Turm in Simmern zu sehen und in der rechten, oberen Ecke das geteilte Stadtwappen, in schwarz ein schreitender Löwe; unten schräggerautet in Weiß und Blau. Die Rückseite ist schlicht.  
Die Säume sind mit rot/weißem Garn und Kordelgarn umnäht.
Oben sind zwei Ösen aus Metall befestigt. (Stadtmuseum Einbeck)
