Das Gebäude wurde um 1870 in Wehdel (heute Badbergen, Landkreis Osnabrück) erbaut. Seit 1974 befindet es sich im Museumsdorf Cloppenburg. Die Zeichnung entstand im Auftrag des Museumsdorf Cloppenburg.
