Abgebildet ist ein mehrstöckiges Fachwerkhaus, dessen Dach mit Ziegeln gedeckt ist und einige Schleppgauben hat. Auf der Ostseite befindet sich ein  Glockenturm mit Uhr.
Das Haus wurde 1869 als Kaserne gebaut und dient heute als Sitz der Stadtverwaltung Einbeck.
Am rechten, unteren Rand befindet sich Signatur: M. Laue
