Druck der Zeichnung vermutlich von Allmers selbst in Auftrag gegeben beim Kunstverlag Franz Hanfstaengl, der die Reproduktion von Kunst nach der Übernahme des Betriebs von Edgar Hanfstaengl 1868 zunehmend professionalisierte. Die (museale) Sammlung, bestehend aus Mobiliar und Hausgerät, Tafelgemälden, kleineren und größeren Antiken, Gipsabgüssen, kunsthandwerklichen Objekten aus Keramik und Glas und einer kleinen Bibliothek, befindet sich im Allmers-Haus in Rechtenfleth.
