Der Wimpel ist auf der Vorderseite auf hellem Grund mit der Europa-Karte bedruckt und auf der Rückseite auf grünem Grund mit einem gelben Wappen mit vier Symbolen der Camping-und Freizeitgestaltung bedruckt.
Die Wimpel stammen aus der Sammlung von August Wenzel, ehemaliger Sportfunktionär im Deutschen Fußballbund (DFB) (Stadtmuseum Einbeck)
