Das Schild ist hochrechteckig mit zugespitztem Ende. Unter dem Schriftzug "Heidemann-Werke" ist das obere Teil des Einbecker Wappens zu sehen. Unten steht der Schriftzug "Dirigent" in Frakturschrift.
