Information:
Ein Mühlgraben, ein Parallelarm zur Bode, versorgte die Staßfurter Mühlenwerke von Otto Rebentisch mit Wasserkraft. Nachdem die Mühlenwerke ihren Betrieb einstellten, wurde der Mühlgraben im Stadtgebiet 1970 zugeschüttet. Als Baujahr wurde zirka 1900 angegeben.
Das Ensemble aus Wohnhaus mit Speicher, Mühle und Werkstattgebäude liegt heute im Zentrum der Stadt Staßfurt und gehört der Stadt. Es steht unter Denkmalschutz.
