Höhe: 2 cm</mods:extent></mods:physicalDescription><mods:abstract>Bei der systematischen Prospektion der bekannten Siedlung Groß Meckelsen FStNr. 28 konnte Herr Matthias Glüsing einen Ringknopfgürtelhaken aus Buntmetall bergen. Derartige Objekte waren nahezu im gesamten keltischen Gebiet sowie Nachbarregionen im 2. und 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr. verbreitet. 
Somit würde der Fund in die Frühphase der Siedlung gehören. Ringknopfgürtelhaken werden oftmals in den Zusammenhang mit Kriegerausrüstung gestellt und als Teil des Schwertgehänges gedeutet. Im Bereich der Jastorfer Kultur sind gerade solche der Form III nur in wenigen Exemplaren bekannt, bei denen es sich wohl um Importe aus der Latène Kultur handelt. (Stefan Hesse 06/2022)
