Die einzelnen Formen sind zweiteilig gefertigt. An einen glatten Eisenblechring, der in der Art einer Kappnaht zusammengelegt und - gepresst wurde, wurde unten ein gewellter Streifen angelötet, mit dem der Teig in Form gebracht wurde. Die Verzinkung der Blechoberfläche ist noch relativ gut erhalten, die Formen tragen aber auch Rost- und Gebrauchsspuren.   (Stadtmuseum Einbeck)
