Das Bild ist in rötlichen und braunen Tönen gehalten. Bidlbeherrschend ist die Nordfassade des Eickeschen Hauses mit seinen betonten Fachwerkschnitzereien. Während die Knochenhauerstraße und die Maschenstraße im Schatten liegen, fällt durch die Marktstraße heller Sonnenschein. Tageszeit: früher Nachmittag.  (Stadtmuseum Einbeck)
