In der Mitte steht die Jahreszahl 1809, darunter befindet sich ein Kreis, der in drei Felder aufgeteilt ist.
Die Felder zeigen einen stehenden Löwen, Rauten und ein Kreuz mit Weltkugel (Reichsapfel?). Über dem Kreuz befindet sich eine Krone.
