Die Vorderseite zeigt eine Umschrift, umgeben von einem unten gebundenen, breiten Lorbeerkranz mit einer fünfzeiligen Inschrift. Unter der Schleife ist ein "K" zu sehen für den Stempelschneider Kachel.
Die Rückseite zeigt in der Mitte ein senkrecht stehendes Schwert, umgeben von zwei Palmzweigen.
